The “Locanda Cortesa” organises theme-based cooking lessons. Chef Mario Musoni, working alongside “Locanda” cooks and sommeliers, especially invited for the occasion, will reveal cooking secrets for various specialities, such as fish, vegetables and meats. Participants will be helped to create the dishes of their choice. Our sommelier will then suggest the best wines to accompany these dishes.
